Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to complain about the tent which I bought through your mail order catalogue last week. I am very disappointed with what I received, as it is nothing like the one I saw in your advertisement.

Firstly I noticed that the tent is pink, but I ordered the red one. When we went camping we ffelt chagrined because there fit only 4 people. In your advertisement you state that there fit 6 people. Moreover the canvas was slightly torn and zip got stuck. Our trip was terrible. In addition there were no torch and batteries as you advertised.

It would be grateful if you could sort out this matter and I could get immediate replacement or a full refund. I hope that this madhouse will not occur again with any future orders I place with yyour company.
