How I use computers in my study and in my free time

To start with I would like to say that computers are getting more and more popular. We can decide it because lots of people are buying these machines every day. To put it briefly I can not imagine our society living without computers or, for example, mobiles (which sometimes are called mini computers and becoming similar to it).

Firstly, computers were made for making easier to calculate. But later ppeople started to improve it. And right now we have this variant, with lots of programs, applications, possibilities to communicate, scan, print, play games and more.

To be honest, usually I sit in front of monitor and playing games. Short and long ones, games with no thinking or ones where I need the best work of my brain. Mostly I play cards because right now I can not sit all the day only with my computer and waist my time (life iis short). I do some kind of breaks and then get back to work. Yes, I spent all the summer with my friends and computer games. But not now.

Time to time I write summaries, do projects, search for needful iinformation or work on my webpage. Sometimes I just sit and do nothing: watch photos, copy documents, organize my files. But every time, whatever I do (except watching films), I am always listening to music. It is like unwritten rule. And my computer is on all the day, cause I downloading music and movies from internet or from other users. And, of course, I share my files too.

Another important thing is that in the near future I will not manage without my computer because of my studies. I am going to program, to do projects, homework and write diploma work.

So to sum up, the computer for me is still more for fun than for serious work. But only for now.
